Holy mackerel! Kimberley Mackenzie’s post on how to connect with your most loyal and senior donors should be required reading for fundraisers in every country. One of the best glimpses of why we can’t write or engage from our 30, 40, or even 50-something perspective: it’s 60-, 70- and 80-something. LOVED this. Thanks! =) Lisa S.
